Spray Guns

Airless or Air Compressor Paint Spray Gun for Touchups?
Hi Everyone,
My fiancee just bought a bank-owned house, unfortunately some kids broke into it and graffitied the walls (Which worked out for us because we got it for a good price 
) Anyway some people have suggested that we touch up the graffitied walls with a Paint Sprayer so it can look more even rather then using a roller to paint the whole wall.
My question is will the sprayer make the paint look more even so we don't have to paint the whole house? And if so should I buy a airless paint sprayer or one that uses a Air Compressor?

I have been in the contracting business for 47 years and have at this time two airless sprayers, I'm retired so I use them for spraying the apple trees and let them out.
I have sprayed perhaps as many as six houses a week, inside and out, a crew of six, thirteen at times.
I think I wore out four airless sprayers. Whatever, go over the graffati with a good primer like Kilz and then use a good wall paint. follow directions.
P.S. the people that don't like the airless are the ones that don't know how to use them.
